Gold goes un-repsonsive.. has happened 3 times in a row now. Please fix
I have been in a chat room and go back to the Chat Room Listing and Gold goes un-repsonsive.. has happened 3 times in a row now.
Please fix this version on AOL or go back to the old version that worked.

When I go to the mail dropdown and make a selection, AOL closes out. This has been going on for a few days now.. FIX IT!

why do you need inbox , new and old mail. inbox is redundant. liked the old way. my cursor at times cannot open anything and then i have to reboot or restart my computer every time. my 2018 messages disappear at times and then reappear at another time. Lower my price. I am paying for a inferior product. Like the old browser that was replace with Gold

Whether I go to the news or web sites more than half the time I get solid black pages. I have to refresh 5 or 6 times to see the page. When will all these AOL Gold nightmares end. This is only one of MANY problems I am having. At times I can't even sign on without trying several times. All the fixes have been for minor problems. What about the big important problems that we are all having. When will these problems be addressed. I am sick of this and sick of having to pay for this every month. I will call billing tomorrow. We should not be charged till things are working.

Everyday different things go wrong with the mail system. Works Slow or when trying to delete mail and it pops right back up like never been deleted. Now inbox getting old mail messed in with new mail and new mail missing from days before..

Lousy browser. Besides many sites not recognizing it and telling me to update my browser, now I am getting blank pages when I try to visit a site. I have to close out from the URL and try several times more before getting the page. Do not tell me to clear my browser. I do that all day long every day and I do it right after a page opens blank. We need to go back to the old AOL> Too many problems with AOL Gold.

Fix the **** e-mail system!!!! I go through my address book to delete contacts. After each deletion, the screen goes back to the top of the list.

Still having the same problem with pages loading ~ since this turkey was new. I actually had to open it in my Windows browser to use it, which doesn't bode well for AOL Gold. After 20 years with AOL, maybe it is time to say goodbye. Lots of free browser out there to use, and they seem to work a lot better. 9.8 was awesome compared to this....

I am so freaking tired of using AOL Gold and finding something isnt working right. What the **** is wrong with you people. Right now chat isnt working The template for the room comes up but its blank. Also in your news stories today google commercials are blocking the text of the articles and you cant get rid of it...Thats just today. Every day its something else. This is a disgrace

Please fix the problem that you have to click on a link 5+ times in order to get where you need to go...and screen turns black 1/2 of those times.

Why do i have to reboot each time to log on? It will only open to a white background and white screen which is blank! Once I reboot I can log on. Most important why don't you listen to the thousands of people who have complained about this horrible new desktop. You strong armed us into taking it when it wasn't even ready to unveil with all the problems. Either scrap it and start all over or take us back a notch to something that worked!! YYYYYYYYYYYYYY are you torturing us!

Email marked unread will not stay in the new mail folder. It goes into old mail and then I have to go searching for it. Please make Gold work like it us supposed to!! I see hundreds of complaints and very few fixes.

AOL GOLD, the absolute worst. Won't send pictures inside an email (sometimes), blocks my friends emails as SPAM (when it feels like it), deletes the usernames and passwords at sign on (sometimes) and on and on. LOSE THIS HORRID SYSTEM FAST!

Been writing for weeks about pages I just looked at won't reload, or even from my favorites. AOL "failed to load" Gold is all I get browser won't clear even tho' it is checked in browser settings. Getting tired of having to reboot entire computer to fix this only to have it happen again five minutes after I log onto "AOL Fake Gold".....yikes!!! Keeps getting worse.
