Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

I hope AOL is developing AOL Platinum because as a lifetime AOL user "Gold" is by far the worst program you've created. Too many bugs, you dropped features that were so helpful and receiving your email or sending is a hit or miss situation.

Another hour goes by, another aol gold freeze!! What else is new? We can get a man to the moon, but aol can't create a smooth experience.

Please have the Gold fix for BeinG slow. eVen when i type inside gold it is really slow for the letters to appear.

I complained for several months of how terrible the AOL GOLD client had become, being a user and beta tester since version 2.0. The problems went away for several months. NOWV THEY ARE BACK! The client freezes which causes my ENTIRE machine to lock up. Win 10. Uptake 1709. All the latest security updates. WHY can't you figure out these issues? I am really tired of trying to work with a defective product. Please email and fill me in with what is happening to correct these issues. Thank you AOL GOLD SUCKS!!!!!

Yes I can't use my 2 lap tops and my desk tower computer with your new AOL GOLD......additionally I was told aol sysytemmech which you are charging me $4.99 is no longer working yet you still charge me each month....and the additional $4.99 for AOL computer checkup is suspended and does not work either yet AOL still charges me. When trying to communicate with some one it would a luxury to get a person that understands english!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The "USER FRIENDLINESS" of ALL the 9.8 desktop feature are gone! Specifically INSERTING PHOTO'S for me and my family. My mom cannot figure the new desktop out. No point in subscribing any more really. We have been members forever. Totally DISLIKE the Gold desktop!

Twitter doesn't work. Mail is slow to access. Get booted a lot. I have to use Fire Fox, or Explorer for may sites. If AOL is failing, just GO. Don't end the run with an inferior product. And, if you're staying BRING back IM'S! It was the only reason to stay with AOL!

THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT EVER. NOTHING ABOUT GOLD WORKS, COMPUTER FREEZES, KICKS US OUT OF CHAT, HAVE TO REBOOT SEVERAL TIMES DAILY, FONT DOES NOT WORK AND THERE ARE TO MANY IN ONE ROOM. LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO ONE ROOM. IN OTHER WORDS FIX THIS GOLD.

Too much of my computer resource is used to round up all the news items. It slows everything down.
CefSharp.Browser is killing me. Give me an option. Why do you think I have to have the quick response to new when I'm not even interested in it. The basic aol desktop is nice. -

I am not going to pay $5.00 a month for this piece of ****. It is slow, takes forever to delete emails, freezes, constantly making the received email sound, AND THERE IS NO NEW EMAIL . Please go back to the old AOL with aim.

by reading a bunch of peoples responses, they dont like Gold either. there was no warning that you were going to lock us out of 9.8.2 by only giving us a message that we cant login without downloading Gold. that is a very unprofessional way of doing business. no warning, no nothing except, you cant login now without downloading Gold!!! i am thinking i will be discontinuing AOL after about 16 years of continuous patronage!!

How do you refresh mail folder? The # still shows after you have read them. Also I have to turn my aol off & restart to get new emails?????????????

This aol Gold is HORRIBLE. I was very happy with what I had, and you held us ******* in order to get stuff I had saved. Now I pay for service that is disgusting. Why should I pay for something that doesn't work? Sends me to the wrong place, opens emails that I did not click on, refuses to open others that I used to get all the time.
Please, give us the old AOL back, or fix this one. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! -
