Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

Go back to 9.8.2 Rename it if necessary. It was so much better than gold. I have more problems w/gold than any other ISP

New Day -- Same as yesterday -- cannot even get on AOL Gold -- get too many redirects. Hey it is not me re-directing! Get some IT people that know what they are doing. About ready to cancel and have had AOL since we got our first computer! I keep it for emails -- and half of the time when I can get on I get a notice saying they cannot load, send, etc. my emails. How long do you propose we keep putting up with this lousy service?

GOLD is the worst AOL version ever. Plus as a paying customer, there should be an option for paying subscriber to deactivate ads that pop-up. I have been an AOL paying customer for over 20 years and GOLD version is absolutely the worst ever release. PLEASE FIX IT.

I would like all my money back too. Just go back to old version. This is ridiculous. Nothing works. Hard drive works like crazy since gold. Been with aol for 20 years. Looking elsewhere.

AOL mail is too slow in loading. over 1 minute for it to load on the page. I hate the new AOL GOLD & if it's not improved shortly, I'm outta here!

So far this **** Gold has reordered my bookmarks, removed email pagination and causes the cursor to jump randomly. It is terrible! What did you "improve" except more ad revenue? Why less quality for a higher price? Shelve Gold until it works as well as previous editions.

it is an insult to subscribers that you force us to use this useless service. nothing works the way it should. and whatever it was that kept us using AOL when everyone laughed at us for being so Jurassic is now gone. So there is no reason to stay.

THIS IS SIMPLY THE WORLD'S WORST SERVICE. DISGRACEFUL..NOW, ON TOP OF EVERYTHING FROM TODAY, ALL MY ADDRESSES HAVE DISAPPEARED FROM MY MAILBOX....FIX THIS HORRIBLE SITE...GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER, OR LOSE WHAT'S LEFT OF YOUR SUBSCRIBERS.
