Give us back the OLD version, till you FIX this "golden" one. It is SLOW, and you arranged our FAVORITES, your way. I have about 1500-2000, favorites, who wants to place in new folders just because you people like it this way. Give us back the OLD ONE and then, FIX THIS MICKEY-MOUSE NEW VERSION.

If you can't fix Gold, enable 9.8.2 for people who want to use until you get AOL Gold upgraded. People should not be forced to go on AOL Gold but it should be,that people WANT to go to AOL Gold. Your upgrades should have a ground rule of being EQUAL OR BETTER THAN the old version. AOL Gold is clearly not that.

AOL why do you have this site if you don't fix the issues. Some of these comments are old and many aren't address.

You only fix what you want to fix and you could care less about your paying customer experience!

harder to navigate

AOL Gold is the worst product AOL has ever produced. It is unstable, hard to navigate and does not
even able to allow for the proper gaming sites. BRING BACK 9.8.2. It is far better than Gold. I was told Gold was faster; it is not; I was told it was safer, maybe it is; and I was told it was one of the best products AOL has delivered. IT IS Not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the whole Gold Desktop stinks.....I've tried it before when it was voluntary and it's awful....all the windows are too large , won't stay in position...can't store favorites anymore....the mail page is as awkward as g-mail....and g-mail is free......as a whole the experience so far with GOLD is totally unsatisfactory......even the HELP buttons don't work and the chat people are not available and the phone wait is a minimum of 20 minutes.

If anyone at AOL, is actually reading this and other POSTS, then if they are smart, bring back 9.8.2. Destroy AOL GOLD. I was given a reason for AOL GOLD, it was because of "Hacking". If AOL was worried about Hacking, they could have gone to PCMatic, or some other Hacking Free company, to protect AOL Users. But to remove 9.8.2, WITHOUT NOTICE, and see that not One person likes AOL GOLD.
Plus it is impossible to get a hold of a AOL tech using the 800-827-6364. On Hold, listening to Sorry for High Volume of callers And listening to the twangy music. Other companies Allow you to leave your phone number and they Call You back. BUT NOT AOL.

$6.00 per month? Then why do I pay over $20.00 per month for what seems to be the same thing??

We pay and ads keep flashing at us trying to read our mail, so annoying, there are so many other service providers why pay to have adds thrown at us, and Gold Stinks

Gold is awefull so confusing on the eyes, I think I will switch to another e-mail service, I am paying for something to throw tons of ads at me, and make me dissy.

In reading all of the pleas for our 9.8.2 to be given back to us I don't see a change. AOL Gold is horrible.

An updated product should be relatively bug free, especially when there is a charge for the new product that was not there for the old version. NOTHING is good about AOL Gold. Do an internet search for "problems with AOL Desktop Gold" and you will find literally THOUSANDS of unhappy users. THIS IS NOT REASONABLE OR FAIR!!!

Bring back old version

Revamp aol gold- make it work It almost is like a "cartoon" version of aol
I believe customers like me will leave for sure. Why is someone from management not saying " we don't want to loose customers"
I hope you can fix the product & realize that paying for something would mean its better not worse than a product that was free. Thank you for listening.

I lost 85% of my favorite selections!. Almost every one of my useful web sites, like my banks and many contact selections now require a new PASSWORD.

YES this new AOL Gold SUCKS!

My older computer with XP no longer can be used unless I change to a new AOL utility service. I hesitate on doing so because of thee lost favorites

My access to AOL 9.8.2 has now been removed. The AOL email presentation (font style, font size, line spacing, etc) in 9.8.2 was perfect. Much much easier on the eyes etc when scrolling/searching through lengthy daily email lists, --than on the present AOL Desktop Gold system. Please return to to the exact email format of AOL 9.8.2.

I have been with AOL since 1998, CHANGE this version, CHANGE it before you begin lose customers. It stinks, SLOW RESPONSES, FAVORITES, .etc.

OMG this desktop sucks! And I have to pay for it too! This is beyond awful.... Why do you people always feel like you have to change things that work?!
