Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

The Calibri font, which was EXCELLENT for email -- the leading between lines was better than most other fonts, shape of characters renders clearly, and messages are much easier to read. It was a STANDARD font for many people but was taken away when forced to convert to AOL Desktop Gold. Please provide what was a useful, clear, easy-to-read font for EMAIL. Tech support is no help! The problems have persisted for over a year. Bring back 9.8.2, and people will quit griping.

go back to the last version or at least let me change the aol desk top gold to aol desk top lead. I am getting frustrated. Way slower to sign on and slower for things to come up. You had something good and made it worse not better.

There are hundreds of people who pay you and do Graphics with Graphics Software, like PhotoShop or Corel PSP.. I am one of them. I have to have MORE Fonts & BG's when sending my Graphics. I know of many Graphic Groups who are leaving AOL because they can't choose their own fonts. I also know many who won't go to AOL Gold or Beta because of this. It seems like such a easy request for you to give us. I have been with you since the day you started and use Photo Shop, Animation Shop and PSP. I have always been happy with you and have no problem paying you. But I am thinking about changing to another service. I hate to change, but I must have more Fonts and the ability to add my own made BG's to my emails. Thank you for putting the issue 1st.. My Graphic Group is talking about moving to Google. I do not want to leave you.

Everyone else has animated, fun emojis and clip art for email. When do we get ours back? AOL used to be the leader in the most creative email.

Have the colored emoji available in Aol Gold. It is only available in Webmail which is not convenient because I use Aol Gold

I am paying for AOL Gold which is steps down from the AOL I was used to using.. I do not want to pay for any other services that AOL Gold is offering...

Just go back to AOL 9.8.2. It is that simple. Everything that has been done since 9.8.2 was removed, is TERRIBLE. AOL GOLD asks for Comments, then DOES NOTHING. Either they are Gathering information, or under review. Nothing has been done to HELP. It is like a DEEP Hole that, just collects comments, then does nothing. And Now today, this New Welcome page. Are monkeys making the decisions??

Bring back our choices of using different fonts in our emails like the old versions of AOL allowed instead of the limited ones that are offered now. We should be able to personalize our email....and what happened to all of different styles of emotion faces. It seems every way of individual personalization has been removed!!!

I'm using AOL Desktop GOLD. Sign in's take almost two minutes. I can go to internet explorer and Firefox, in about 10 seconds at the same time. I'm a paying subscriber to AOL for over 20 years. Fix the problem.

Very sluggish typing.....may be delayed or may only type a few letters of a sentence! I do NOT like AOL Gold!!! There have been so many issues! My time is too valuable to waste on fighting with your program.

Are you under a gag order? Nobody gives reasons. Inquiring consumers and faithful AOL subscribers (I'm on 23 years) need to know. Your new "Fools Gold" is a failure of epic proportions.
