Gold needs to have a TEAM focus on the many issues it has...take 9.8 and make it better -more robust...Let Gold be the shinning star for AOL
I have sent numerous email regarding improvements for Gold...I never have received a response - specific to my suggestions....not really sure anyone reads feedbacks from AOL users...
We take every feedback seriously and share it with the concerned team. We are updating AOL Desktop Gold every 2 weeks, please continue to send us feedback on what features you would like to see implemented.
You folks don't seem to listen to your subscribers !,nothing changes, why post a comment?
been over many months since I + numerous other s have been able to sign on to GOLD without many multiple attempts + extended time wasted - tech support , report a bug , + etc. do NOTHING to correct the problem ! - problem is with Gold + Chrome browser , Not users computers or settings - all attempts to get help have fallen on deaf + non caring ears - this + numerous other problems built into Gold need correction or you will be without many long time paid subscribers -
I hate it .....like all these other posts...why don't you fix all the problems...instead of just keep taking our money..soon we will all be gone...the new aol is ******

After reading through the many complaints about AOL Desktop Gold, I'm curious to find out why you haven't listened to your customers and tried to resolve their issues. Ever since "Oath" took over AOL, the service and the sympathy toward your customers has disappeared!! This is very disappointing, and I'm seriously considering going elsewhere.
AOL Gold stinks. It has so many problems, they cannot be listed. Fix it or sell it to someone who knows how to fix it. I am now paying for what used to be decent free service and is now ****** service.

comments are absolutely correct - just got an email that they will not correct the user unfriendly alpha email + that topic was closed even after all the consumer complaints against it - they do not + will not listen to long time paid subscribers at all !
Am I wasting my time posting here? Not one single suggestion has been put into effect so what's the point?
