Set Mail Signature
Where did the insert photo go on the set mail signature - Hate this new upgrade
To add a photo in the email signature open the picture in a Photo Editor (we recommend Microsoft Paint), and after using the Selection tool to select which part of the photo you want in your signature, copy the selection using the Copy function in your photo editor, or with the CTRL+C keys on your keyboard.
After copying the photo selection go to the Set Mail Signatures option in AOL Desktop Gold, and paste the photo in the signature compose window by using the CTRL+V keys on your keyboard.

The add a photo to email as your people suggest with paint does not work. I need this option that I pay for or else after 25 years I have to go to a different email provider. This probelm has been for months and many phone calls with no success

The cut and paste using paint or any other program to put a .jpeg int eh signature box does not longer work. The last update was a mess, put it back.

I can longer place a .jpeg to be included with my signatures. This option disappeared about a month ago. This option is very important to me. I have discussed this with the technical people at AOL and they cannot answer why or when it will be fixed. Iam just asking for a option we have always had and paid for.

If you are no longer going to support having PICTURES IN SIGNATURES than STOP CHARGING US FOR YOUR SERVICE.

My PICTURE IN MY SIGNATURE is VERY IMPORTANT to me! Why would YOU decide 2 months ago to stop supporting this ability???

I understand that YOU decided about 2 months ago to STOP SUPPORTING PICTURES IN SIGNATURES. IF YOU WANT US TO PAY YOU THEN PUT THEM BACK IN.

Even FREE services allow and support PICTURES in SIGNATURES. Put the ability to have pictures BACK in!

Why would I ever PAY to use a service where I can not have my picture in my Signature. You removed the ability to have a picture in a signature. This was a BAD DECISION ON YOUR PART. PUT THE ABILITY TO HAVE A PICTURE BACK IN OUR SIGNATURES!!!

Add back the ability to add a picture within a standard signature. Being a professional, I have a legally required disclosure that takes a lot of time to type in. Copy & paste doesn't work. I also need to incorporate my logo, and your signature set up doesn't take bitmap or JPEG.
By the way, spellchecking in this area would also be nice.

I like the way AOL worked when we could only see mail from people we knew on the front page and see the other by opening another page.
Also, I would like to choose a picture of choice from my pictures to use as signature.

The unpaid interns at AOL say that you can copy and paste images to signatures. You cannot. Why to they keep giving the same incorrect advice?

Reinstate the ability to embed images in the signature field.

Please fix the email signature - for months you have been saying you would add the ability to put a jpeg or photo into signatures. I used to have this option when aol was free!!!!!!! why is it so much worse now that I pay? People laugh when they see I am still using aol and I can understand why now. Take me to gmail asap if you don't fix this problem
