Why can't the member list in the chat rooms be sorted by screen name?
sort the members in the chat room by screen name. AOL Gold changed the cap on membership in the chat rooms. It used to 36 and now it looks unlimited. finding a friend or having to ignore a member when the member list count is high can be arduous. Chat rooms in 9.8.2 were sorted. It seems like AOL took a step backwards by not sorting.

Whoever heard of a chat room where the member list isn't sorted? Every single chat room I have ever been in is sorted? Are you programmers in programming 101? It would appear so. Simple sort can't be that hard for you. They teach these things in beginning programming.

AND IT WOULD BE A HUGE HELP TO ME AS I AM ELDERLY AND DISABLED IF AOL WOULD GIVE US ONE NUMBER TO FILE A HARRASSMENT COMPLAINT INSTEAD OF GOING THROUGH SO MANY PEOPLE AT THE 800 827-6364 NUMBER ITS VERY HARD FOR ME TO DO THANK YOU AND PLEASE POST YOUR THOUGHTS HERE AS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT AOL DOES SEE THIS

I am waiting but will not wait too much longer. If things do not get fixed I will be quitting AOL and save the money I am paying for this poor upgrade. Fix the "People Here" list in the chat rooms. You opened it up to unlimited and created the problem by not sorting the list! Now it takes so long to find a name on the list!
