Two months ago, in November, AOL GOLD promised toolbar icons. Where are they, in Russia? I'm 80 years old and counting...
Bring back 9.8.2. AOL GOLD is worse than AOL 2.5. Yes, I've been a customer 20 years and GOLD is the worst version ever.

    The ads on AOL are at an all time high AOL. You can't even find what you are looking for all the darn ads. I have done all I can do on my end now it is up top you to fix it on your end.

    Please put back the option to change the icons on the Toolbar. It was available in the older version, Aol Desktop 9.8.2.

    Where are the carousel icons already??? They were promised long ago. The new smilies in emails too.

    Why can't I choose the icons for websites I save on my toolbar? With the old AOL, I could. Now the choice is made for me. Sometimes they make sense (a penny for a coin collecting website) but more often the same icon (the "settings" icon) is assigned. Didn't I upgrade with AOL Gold?

    Please have the 9.8 version back because it works fine compare to Gold. I can't change the icon in Carousel. There's a problem with downloads. There's a blank page in stories and its a hassle if I click next and next on the stories just to read them.

    In Gold now, when we add the sites we use the most to the Carousel - our banks, etc. - we mostly have to use the exact same gray generic icon for them all! This is the opposite of fast and convenient, which was the whole point of giving us a personal carousel of icons. Please bring back the colored choices we had before - much easier to see and distinguish

    Bravo Melvin - backsliding bad. Why? AOL Had a great basic function - now it's sluggish & useless. 20 years later I'm looking for options since it seems AOL is trolling to sell other things
    - not internet service.
