On the Welcome page, having us go page after page after page to read an article creates the kind of disgust I see in Facebook with theirs.
In Facebook, the articles that go page after page after page create the most negative feedback of anything in Facebook. And now you are doing the same. I swear, 17 pages to read a single article? Give me a break!

I would love to see this video that you highlight "This Guy Returned Early From Traveling To Surprise His Dad. But His Father Didn’t Even Recognize Him" but I refuse to scroll to page after page to get to it! GET TO THE POINT!!!

Totally agree with you on. And then you get page 6 or so it freezes and you can't get on to the story! Not to mention all the darn ads all over the page! 36 pages to read a story that could have been covered in 5 or less!

Once again, how many pages to find out the above title subject?? This really ****. If you are printing a story, print it so it can be read before you forget what the headlines said.

So do something about fixing it!!!

Get rid of the "next page" stories. They are a true waste of time. Can't AOL Gold do the old AOL right?? Pain in the posterior.

make e-mail reliable and dependable,,,,
speed up the whole AOL,,especially VIDEO...comes across "choppy"...starts and stops while audio continues...stop with the multipage (hence multi clicks)...you drag things out too much...articles that can be done in 1 or 2 pages is done in 10 or 15...
go to you story article leader FIRST..then option seeing additional pages -

was reading the story of the emaciated pit bull mother, then it disappeared. Whoever designs
your pages should look at how other providers give one the complete story. I do not like AOL Gold.
Too many glitches. -

I wholeheartedly agree. You do spread out stories so one has to keep clicking to bypass the ads
in between. -

More than one page news is soooo time consuming. It takes a while for the next page to open and sometimes it doesn't advance the story, it just repeats what was said on the first. As soon as I see "Honest to paws" I cancel and go back to AOL's front page. I'm not interested in an article that takes me 10 minutes to read when it can be read in 2 minutes on one page.

Not a new idea from what I am learning. Stop the "next page" show. It is stupid and demeaning having to put up with all the advertisements to read a story of interest. Give it a break it is frustrating, especially since AOL can't keep up with the "next page" format. There was nothing wrong with the old AOL.

Gold multi-paging to read Email; news between Advertisements has stopped me from reading most of them, some times the lead story subject is never explained, why? I don't know which (continue /next) is for the news or advertisement, just X, this is an obvious stupid ploy to get ads in everything for your profit, not providing payed professional services!! Two of my screen people no longer use Gold for news. Aol needs to listen, and apply common sense, be efficient not Exploratory in it's Goals for profit? Rbe012918

I have had it with your news format. The need to page through multiple screens to read a story just so you can display more advertising, pop ups included, is frustrating, time consuming and not acceptable. I am going to a different news source and, perhaps, a different provider.

It is all about the money. Every time we click on yet another page, they make money from the ads! This is sickening to me. They think we are fools. Terrible practice.

Continue on next page is a bunch of bull. Never going to try reading an article again on the Welcome Screen.

Stop with using 15 pages to get to the heart of most of the articles posted. They are non pertinent items just full of adds. Very disturbing. Go back to 9.7.2 for God's sake.

So glad somebody brought this up. I often won't read the article because you keep having to hit NEXT PAGE and it takes ages to launch because of all the ads floating around. A real time waster - I am sure most people get fed up and don't finish reading the articles. Please delete that feature.

Stop the endless pages of and slide shows for your articles. When trying to get to the information you clicked to read I am bombarded with other ads. Click on 'next page' before it finishes loading and I get a new tab of some other **** that I am not interested in. Takes toooooooooooooooo much time to get to the source of what I am looking for.

Your feature articles should be in one page only, I know multiple pages allows you for more space for ads, but for us they are a pain in the mind.
