Wheb you refresh the home page...another page and tab opens. WHY? Why do I pay for this?

You should just be able to hit the "Welcome" button again and get a "refresh".....
Why have two buttons? not needed., -

The little "Refresh" icon on the upper right of the Welcome screen does not "refresh". It throws up a new window ? That is not a refresh. We don't want extra unnecessary windows to pop up .. Make that Refresh actually refresh that window !
