AOL Gold members need a report on what's being fixed after all of these suggestions at this point.
After all this time collecting feedback, AOL Gold admins should issue a report listing what features have been fixed to date and on what is definitely going to be fixed. It is this lack of communication that caused Gold to be release a program without the essential features of the previous program. If such a report has already been issued, I never received it in my email. At least tell us where to find it!

do you actually think that AOL will respond to or fix problems that long time paying subscribers are having ??? - only response i've seen is them stating that they will NOT change new user unfriendly alpha format in favorites despite all the negative comments about it !!!!!!!!!
