It sucks. It keeps locking up. I have to hit ctrl/delete/alt and log out and start all over. I have to put my e-mail and password in each time.

My AOL screen didn't "freeze" until AOL gold techs took over the screen to fix something else. Now it freezes several times a day. This is yet another huge waste of my time with the new gold program. AOL- PLEASE FIX SOON!

It has been doing this for a couple of weeks or more. Switched anti in hope that was doing this. Most times it starts on opening the first time of the day and some days not at other openings later in the day. Only seems to happen on Gold. I am paying a fee for better service. Please provide.

report a bug gets NO help - calling tech support is a time consuming exercise + is absolutely frustrating - problems are with AOL , not users computers - problems only exist on AOL + all others work perfectly
