Amateur Software
I'm trying to get to "Manage My Account" and your crumby software is running me around in circles. I can only get to a blank "Username Services" page.
Forget about the fact that I've had to enter all of my e-mail signatures twice now ... and that all of the other complaints about the software posted here seem accurate.

The Manage Your Account link will not allow me access to my account so that I can change my password. AOL Help directs me to sign in at Manage Your Account to change my password. Fix it please.

Here's the GREAT ANSWER to that (which I have to cut and paste from an email because there's no provision for dialogue here):
Thank you for reaching out to us, we will send this to our Product Engineers and they will look into this to see if they can have it fixed in a future update or release of the software.
Type myaccount.aol.com in the address bar then sign on, in order to access your My Account page.

Product Support, AOLAnd here's my answer to that:
Thanks for nothing. "Type myaccount.aol.com in the address bar then sign on, in order to access your My Account page." Doing that just starts the run around. Same result -- a blank "username services" page. I'm using your links in your software and they lead to oblivion. It seems to me that getting to "My Account" would be somewhat of an important feature in a fee based service, but apparently, your "Product Engineers" don't think so.
I repeat: Amateur Software.
