To enable the mailbox opening at startup please follow the steps: Edit > Startup settings > check the box next to “Mailbox”.
Changes are saved automatically.

AOL desktop gold does not have the function that automatically pulls up the mailbox after signing in. The "Show" function is not available for password in AOL websites.
