Appears to be unexplainable issue with old emails missing
Went looking for an old email. After searching, I am actually missing all my emails from 2006 to beginning of my account(1996). My wife checked her account with same result. Tech support said there is nothing they can do. When I was on with tech support they confirmed they saw back thru 2007. 2 days later my account is now missing 2007. Again they cannot explain what happened. Also being told I cannot export my emails. Not Good AOL

I am also missing a lot of mail. Sometimes they come back but most times they don't. These were important mails that I trusted AOL would keep. I am so fed up with the many AOL problerms. Going online is no longer fun. It is a chore.

They didn't upload the email to the cloud. Unless you have a backup of an PFC and or another boot drive with the old AOL program they are probably gone. I've also have stored copies my AOL/organize files where the data is kept.
