    Everyone is trying to reach AOL on the phone and I was told the waiting period could be up to an hour. This is allegedly because of weather on the east coast but I don't care. Contact AOL and tell them not to bill you for any service that is not working or up to par for that month. :-(

    I agree with other users - this email problem needs to be fixed once and for all. This has happened SEVERAL times and we pay for your new "Desktop Gold" service and it stinks! Refunds need to happen if you cannot provide the service in which we pay for. Figure out the email glitch and get it fixed.
