    No emails on the Gold website. Why are we paying for the Gold when the free was so much better?

    All Mail, including saved on PC is missing today. GOLD sucks!
    The old version was faster and easier to use and was not constantly delaying or refusing to send out email with 5, 10, 30 minutes delays.

    I logged on this morning and all my emails new, old, sent, recently deleted, etc are missing! WTF..it doesn't get more basic than the email function and it is negatively impacting my business.AOL techies please find fix and forward ASAP!

    Gold is unreliable. This morning none of our aol accounts would show our email. Get with it aol! Your service has gone down hill over the last few years. You need to make some huge changes and test changes before you throw them out for your customers. This problem with email does not seem to be localized to a few of your customers.

    Today I couldn't access my emails. Yesterday and before I would get erroneous letters and symbols on my emails which made them unreadable. Get rid of GOLD and go back to 9.xx.
