    Sure getting tired of: "We seem to be having some trouble sending your mail. Please try again in 5 minutes." How about please giving me back the f---ing $4 I have to pay for this super-duper continuing failure of AOL. You're costing me too much money. Will have to ask my lawyer about taking money under false pretenses.

    AOL can make email available to those of who subscribe to Desktop Gold. I cannot even access OLD email. Why I should I pay a monthly subscription fee if AOL cannot make my email available?

    I am not able to send e-mails. Message comes up to wait 5 minutes. What is the problem now? the date today is March 2, 2018.

    Make your system reliable .... like it was in previous versions. What is wrong with AOL "GOLD"?? Seems like problems occur very frequently. Kindly improve your grade of service.

    Took 5 min to load, only able to read 2 of 31. Cosed & reopened Gold, now no email and send has non of my contacts!!!! What on earth is going on out there????!!!!
