    new email are sometimes received in spam. When I send a blind copy to my email it goes into spam sometimes. New emails are transfer automatically to spam without being transferred by me. This is a re-occurring problem.

    I keep telling you that these emails are not SPAM but you keep putting them into my SPAM folder. You are obviously doing this deliberately since it is the same email addresses over & over. AOL apparently doesn't understand what free speech means.

    Please fix the "not spam" option. Your tech-help people do not know how to stop legitimate email from going back into spam every time I get an email from an address which is NOT spam.

    Can't mark as not Spam my husband's email address, tried it with webmail same issue. AOL rep advice me to send a feedback.

    I'm on the phone with AOL right now and they don't seem to understand---the emails actually come to the in box and before you can open them, they shift to the spam box without touching anything. The "tech" I'm talking to cannot seem to comprehend what I'm telling her...

    Following up to see what is going on with legitimate emails that keep going into spam. EVERYDAY I HAVE TO MARK AS NOT SPAM AND THEY STILL APPEAR IN SPAM AGAIN & AGAIN. All these addresses are in my address book. I am a long time PAYING CUSTOMER. Why isn't this fixed yet????

    All of a sudden, people who I regularly email with have their email go to my spam. Marking them as no spam is not working

    I am having the same issue. Legit emails are being pushed to spam. Some emails go to spam and some go to inbox. The same emails that I have tested decide to go to spam and then some go to inbox. What is going on? This needs a response now and be fixed yesterday.

    Why are legitimate emails going into my spam folder? These are email address that are in my address book. This has been happening over the last week. Just one more issue with AOL. Please fix whatever change you made this time.

    AOL email is putting known, good email (NOT SPAM) into my spam folder and it will NOT LET ME IDENTIFY IT AS "NOT SPAM." Luckily, I get very little real spam. Now email from my friends is going into spam. Please fix ASAP!

    Stop Labeling truthful conservative news outlets like Epoch Times as suspected spam! Otherwise, after 30+ years, I am leaving AOL!
