    Chris,

    Have you tried this?

    Click on your Spam folder
    Select the eBay e-mail
    Click on the "This is Not spam" button at the bottom of the window

    That should move the e-mail to your Inbox and prevent it from going to Spam in the future. If those e-mails still go to your Spam folder try this:

    Click on the Settings icon (gear)
    Click on Mail
    Click on Spam Controls
    Look for the eBay address in the list of blocked address
    If it is there, highlight it and delete it

    One of my "Saved Searches" from eBay always winds up in my SPAM folder. How do I stop this?

    Important emails from persons who are listed in my address book are being sent to the spam folder. As a precaution I click the "Add to address book" action button and get a message that they're already in there. FIX IT !

    My husband's emails that he sends or that he cc'd in, is going to my spam. And his email address is not listed in my spam controls. I talked to the aol tech support and they told me it's some kind of glitch and they can't do anything on their side and that I should send this feedback for help.

    When you are informed that a web site is not spam, don;t keep putting it in spam. I am trying to order groceries on line because of the coronovirus. Stop putting my grocery store in spam as I have requested.

    Stop sending most of my conservative emails to spam. You have to try to be more honest in your selections, comments and political leanings. I know you are left nut a more honest AOL would be appreciated. It would be better if you let me make choice about who is spam.

    Why do you send most of my Republican or conservative email to spam? Most of the liberal leaning email do not. Why not at least try to be fair?

    I am sick and tired of all my conservative emails going into my SPAM box. AOL you need to FIX this now. This is the third time I have contacted you all.

    You keep putting VIABLE email into SPAM folder!! STOP IT!! Some of my mail is time sensitive!!! You ***** that up by putting my email into SPAM folder!!! These emails are in my address book!!

    AOL is putting emails into spam which are NOT spam....should be a way to put a list of NON-SPAM emails instead of just emails to be blocked...

    Stop throwing our mail in to the spam file, that is not your decision to make, it is our decision. And you takes weeks to pick up the real spam that we leave in there

    Stop putting email from whitehouse.gov in the spam folder. Every day I mark it as "not spam" but you continue to put it in the spam folder. Is this some deliberate anti-American nonsense?

    Stop blocking and sending to spam my email just because it is conservative! And I have an idea how about reporting the news without your spin, the facts we are not stupid and can figure things out for ourselves!

    Every day my friend sends me email and every day they show up in the spam folder. I've been friends with this person for 20 years online so its not like a new email addy suddenly showing up. How many months will it be before aol fixes this issue? You take away our ability to control spam yet send friendly email to spam all by yourselves. What's the solution to this issue?
