I can't manage the ads I receive from AOL because 1) there are so many of them, 2) they change constantly, and 3) AOL doesn't care if they annoy paying customers. STOP the constant ads!

There are inappropriate advertisements that should be removed. As a customer, we should have options to do so. Marketingpreferences.aol.com doesn't help at all in removing these inappropriate advertisements. Please do something about it.

And the topic or person used to entice us to even look,is etiher never mentioned or shownlast. But tat time my old Windows 7 has defaulted to "locked up"
On the whole, and compared to the IE page or Yahoo too much is invested in paid ads and irrelevant subjects like movie and public stars.

I'm getting pretty sick of this clicking next to read a 3 minute story and it takes 15 minutes to do it in. I've had AOL for about 40 years and I'm about to get rid of it and now I see they are sharing my information and email content to other companies.

FIrst off, quit bashing Pres. Trump. Report a story totally unbiased.
Second, I'm sick and tired of going to the welcome bar and reading a story. You have to click through numerous pages to read the story in it's entirety and as you're doing that, the pages often times become confused due to constantly having to change from page to page and on many occasions, you inadvertently click on an advertisement as the "next" buttons are similar to the story's 'next' page button. List the story on one page and be done with it.

absent a satisfying response regarding the advertising perhaps I need to post a "YouTube" view of my correspondence?

I can't forward a story on facebook without the popup adds. The recipients I send story's to complain of not reading it due to the popups.

I cannot read your stories because ads come and block half of content. No way I can delete these ads. It takes me one-half hour to read a story. Why am I paying for AOL Gold. Not worth the hassle.

AOL ........ what do you plan to do when you finally run out of p*****d off subscribers to read your adds ? We are sick of the relentless popups and having to hit NEXT. Why do even have this comment / feedback section when you fail to take any action ?

This is by far the most annoying and non-productive action on the part of AOL. Do you not realize that most people won't bother to read the news or article beyond maybe one or two clicks of "Next Page": Do you honestly believe that those even interested in the article are going to take time to look at the advertisements. You're wasting everyone's time and not accomplishing anything other than to upset your users. Please discontinue this process.

It takes forever to see a news item. Page after page after pages to get to the point. Today, I officially stopped reading your news headings.

Get rid of the NEXT stories, as soon as I see NEXT on an article I am interested in I skip it. You show many NEXT and tell me nothing after 15 NEXT, if you want me to read the article let me read the article.

It is so hard to read a story on AOL now. It is frustrating. With the Next and Ads, I look elsewhere to read about that topic.

Making photo captions clickable items rather than have them displayed at the side as was done previously is an idiotic idea. AOL used to be a pleasant experience, but it has gone downhill tremendously. I seem to think it is so that viewers can be bombarded with more of those blasted ads, especially those dmn video ads that are very distracting. But I never grew up playing video games 24/7.

This problem is worse than the constant barrage of robocalls I get every day. About 90% of Internet articles are bloated with filler, and don't get to the point until I have clicked "Next" 35 or 40 times. They could have given you the bottom line immediately, but they wander around endlessly, until you have wasted half an hour, then finally say: "No, Tom Cruise is not gay."
