the flashing advertising is very annoying, e.g., Li Li Gal.

I am tired of so many ads. Is money for ads more important than happy customers? When the customers find another carrier, there will be no more revenue from ads. How about a happier version of AOL.

The amount of advertisements you push on every page I click on is very aggravating...just way too much of it!!

AGAIN WITH THE OFFENSIVE ADS. EVERY SCREEN NAME HAS THEM AND I DON'T WANT TO SEE ANY OF THEM. I'M NOT USING THIS NASTY *** SOFTWARE TO BE SOLICITED FOR DONATIONS TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY. END THESE ADS, I'M VERY OFFENDED BY THEM.

Its bad enough that we don't get a choice to cancel out ads but when you start posting ads that are offensive to me what am I supposed to do? I'm getting solicitation ads for donations. I am totally offended by these ads and don't want to see them again... yet there they are. DO NOT SOLICIT ME FOR MONEY!!! I want this **** stopped immediately.

Interesting news items are written in 15 - 25 paragraph format, each of which must be individually accessed by clicking "Next Page" for each paragraph. I often don't read these because of the amount of time it takes. There must be a better way!!!

This is my idea. Please stop making it so hard to read everyday. I really don't have the time to scroll through 15 mins of pages just to read the articles. You make the title very interesting and want to read them. Then you look who sponsors the article and you know that you have to go around the world to get to the end. So I have to go else where to read the new! TO TIME CONSUMING!.....****@aol.com What happened to Huffingpost?

Get rid of the thousands of pop-up ads. So annoying. Maybe I should change to free Google instead of paying for AOL.

I understand that you make money from advertisements but I feel your approach to that I extremely excessive. Advertisement that take up half the page. Taking five or six or more pages for an article that would normally take two or three paragraphs just to expose us to more ads. It's gotten to the point where I don't read the articles because of the excessive advertisements. Getting to be where AOL is no longer worth the subscription price ! I AM NOT a satisified customer,

I open AOl daily about 15 times, they have many articles I would enjoy reading...but surrounded by ads (accidental click one is disaster) and its takes forever scrolling thru to read the whole article plus dodging the landmine of cookies from your advertisers. I know your desperate for revenues, its so obvious...but when are you going to take care of your client base? Or someone will develop a better mousetrap and we will follow

I have been a member for a long time, and I still pay for services every month. I like the way my files are organize and the way to send emails, attachments, etc. But I want to use you, when I want, I do not want you as my main page or Browser. Why?, because you are aggressive with your advertisements. Your articles are my favorites, but, a person cannot read a good article without messages and pop ups and other junk advertisement. After awhile it gets tired and I just sign out. Even when logging in, but your phone and we send you info. No, that is intrusive, give us the option, not force. Because you know, some of the babyboomers do not know how to look for the next, or continue button. Please, tone it down, give people choices, and I think you will have a great many people. I thought, I give you my feedback and I hope someone will listen. Thank you. Luis

GET RID OF THE JUMPING DOWN "NEXT PAGE" AND JUST PUT AN ARROW TO THE NEXT PAGE. WHY TORTURE US TO READ A HUMAN INTEREST ARTICLE?

Take the ads out of middle of a screen that says "empty mail" or whatever it says. You think it is an ad from aol especially when it is about a computer issue. I now see tht it is not because something came up that could not have related to aol. Leave the space blank!

Obviously this is only a ruse to put in more ads.
