Your presentation of stories is annoying. I don't have time to click through the article. The ads are also annoying when they "jump" when you click next and open instead of the article.

NEXT PAGE jumps down half an inch so that you have to wait for it to jump and try to click on it, sometimes missing and getting off the story by the ad appearing. I thought this was fixed after many did not like that maneuver but it went back to its annoying behavior again.

Why are we paying for Gold when it has more ads on it than the free services? Either make it free and keep the ads or get rid of the ads. There is no reason to be paying for getting a screen full of ads and very little worthwhile content, of which you have to scroll through tons of ads to read.

Stop using my bandwidth to post these exceedingly extreme advertisements. I will stop using AOL and use a more friendly service. I pay for this service and should not be subjected to the advertisements. You go so far as to make me chase the next bar around the screen.

Your ads are destroying my computer! I have to restart my computer frequently because the constant barrage of ads that flash over and over in every single email, web page, every single **** space that is available. Surely to God aol is making enough money off its members that you don't have to allow every single ad ever created to run in the empty spots that AOL CREATED!!! Never before has there been an extra margin to the right of an email that is now filled with never ending ads. In 2 minutes I counted 60 ads, all moving all using RAM. When will aol start listening to its subscribers and quit this nonsense? You don't give a rats *** about your customers, thats a big part of the problem. What a crying shame that you've gone in the toilet.

Story gets off topic to add more pages. Find a less annoying way to advertise or you will probably loose more subscribers. If you cannot provide great service as in the past, just go ahead and close business and find another way to try and make money.

I also found that frustrating. However I found an answer ! I do not watch any of those stories, I don't open the pages, I close them before they open so I'm not lured in by the tempting headlines, no adds, no frustration !

These ignorant ads you make us see as we try to read a story having to go to 'NEXT PAGE' 'NEXT PAGE' on and on. I have quit attempting to even read this nonsense. How about posting a real story on one page......

Your boredom therapy, cheat sheet and many other sites are terrible. You can get old just trying to read a story because of the constant "next page" method used. You can show 99% of stories on one page but you take 20 to get there. When you marry that up to desktop gold which has never worked properly you must be crazy to pay for this much grief. Maybe the time has come to stop paying a company who NEVER fixes anything it customers tell them about

Ads block out content and make it impossible to navigate to content. I don't look at content anymore as it is too much trouble. Ads pop up randomly and are uncontrolled in timing and the space which they occupy. This formula has killed AOL for me and I'll bet thousands of others who would read your content but for the ads. Goodbye.

Remove all unwanted ads from your opening page. Place all ads on a second page..where anyone who wanted access to ads would have them on another page!!
That way you wouldn't have to annoy members with all this marketing litter each time they sign on.
The clutter you put on the screen is disgusting...wake up!! -

I have given up trying to read any of your feature articles. I completely ignore them because the ads are so intrusive and complicated to get through them to read the article. You are not doing anyone any favors. The customers (me) are aggrivated and annoyed, and the people advertising are not getting anything for their money because the customers are not getting to them because of the annoyance. Please find another way to advertise. Give us our money's worth ... we are actually paying to have AOL. I am not using the "free" services like gmail or yahoo. I pay you $23 a month. At least the paying customers should get their information ad free. So there is my suggestion.... those of us who actually pay for AOL should be given a break on the advertising. At least getting through a feature article without an ad. Maybe one at the beginning and one at the end. But having one every paragraph is rediculous.
