Still waiting for the capability to write emails off-line before I sign on to send them. This desktop software doesn't always load my emails once I've signed on...but it NEVER fails to load the advertising!!!! (Obviously advertising has precedence over my need to read and respond to emails!) Also, when I am responding to an email and delete what the other person has sent me in order to respond, the program doesn't recognize my preferences in font and size any longer. It is changed to some weird default font and size; I have to change it back to my preference to write my response. Don't like the fact that, if I am sending an email to someone in my address book, the To space doesn't automatically complete like it used to. You have to select the name from the list or it won't "take" and fill in the To space automatically. It also doesn't seem to like it if I just type the whole address in either. I don't know: this new program just seems to be cumbersome in all respects for my needs. I'm waiting for it to be fixed and just like the superior product that I used to have! That was so much more user friendly!
