Browser: Pages opening to blank black pages.
This is happening on about 1/4 of the sites I try to access.
What will go wrong next??
Please clear the browser footprints. Here is how:
a. In the top left corner of the AOL Desktop window, click “Edit” then choose “Select Footprints to Clear” from the drop-down menu.
Select “Clear Footprints” from the Browser Settings.No need to wait for a confirmation message, the Footprints will be cleared immediately.
If the issue persists please call the AOL Desktop Gold team at 1-888-265-3733 in order to have one of our technical agents further investigate this.

I said: "Browser: Pages opening to blank black pages". I was told to clear my browser and the case was closed without me being able to reply. I DID clear my browser. Several times! This is always the answser from them.
This forum is useless.... just like the Gold program is.
