Please STOP all the AOL pop ups on sign in. I've set preferences NOT to have pop ups, and yet each time I sign in, there's AOL Games popup.

Respect your customer's wishes. In preferences I've stopped popups from AOL or otherwise. Yet, still I get the AOL Games pop up (and others) EVERY TIME i sign in -- sometimes several times a day. STOP. I really hate this new AOL GOLD. It's terrible -- slow, freezes, and non-responsive. Get your act together, please!

    I am about to drop AOL Gold and start using my other e-mail provider, It's sad when you've been on AOL for over 20 years and they put **** pop-ups and misleading stories that don't take you to the story shown on the screen! AOL has become one big Ad generator!

    Stop the AOL Games pop up that's just started every time I open up AOL Gold, I seriously mean stop it...AOL 9.8.2 was so much better all the way around, lost emotions, lost the nice things I've used for years with emails & it goes on & on & not for the best...

    With all the pop ups and old storys and click bait you still CHARGE MONEY? At least cut down on the sign in pop ups.

    If I have my AOL E-mail address and stop the paid service,I believe AOL will eventually cut us off if we do that?

    STOP AOL "DO YOU KNOW" GAMES POPUP!
    I now pay for AOL because I have E mail address for over 20 years. Management pop up strategy is annoying.

    There were 4 or 5 posts made between yesterday and today regarding pop-ups at sign in advertising games and AOL asking for our phone number . I saw them at least 3 times today. They were there an hour ago. They have all been removed!

    It is disgusting and irritating to see this game pop-up every time I sign on. I can't begin to explain how much I now hate AOL. As a loyal member since the 90's I never imagined that AOL could go downhill as much as they have due to all the problems that are not being addressed.

    This forum is of no help and accomplishes nothing. The few times they do reply they tell you to clear your browser. After posting here, post again at REPORT A BUG. To get there click on HELP at the top toolbar and then choose REPORT A BUG.

    in the older versions you were able to disable this pop up WHY now that we are paying can't we disable this...really disgusted with this service. Paying and the email service is worse than ever. Getting ready to access email for free and end my subscription..have had ENOUGH!

    Return the toolbar icons, fix DataMask, and get rid of Games Pop-Up. Desktop Gold is your worse.

    Cannot get rid of the new AOL Games pop up ad that shows up when I open AOL Gold. I'm not interested in playing suck *** games. Get rid of it or give me the option to remove it. Even tech support can't get rid of it.Who ever is your designers of AOL Gold ire...FIRE THEM and show them the door

    How do you turn off these game pop ups when you sign in to AOL Gold? It seems as if AOL wants people to stop their subscription to AOL. Pop ups, Welcome page and email takes too long to open. I called AOL tech and they took control of my computer to make some changes and then they had me download software I have to pay for but still there are problems with the AOL Gold software.

    How's this for an idea: Actually answer the question asked. Actually provide a solution to the issue. Simply logging it and publishing all of these concerns and problems is just patronizing & insulting on the part of AOL management. I pay a lot of money/year and expect a minimum amount of respect for that. Just tell us how to fix the freakin' problem

    This is an assault on us. How dare you do this after all the ads that appear everywhere you turn. Get this off now. I am too angry to say anything else at this time.

    How do you stop that "Did you know?" Play Poker, Backgammon, and Bingo Ad that appears upper left every darn time you sign onto AOL Desktop Gold? Enough Ads now don't think since we are paying for this ****** service that I couldn't even get on for three days?

    Agreed with all comments and so happy to see that other people are complaining also. At the very least, there should be someplace to let AOL know that you have seen their stupid pop up and are NOT INTERESTED and stop showing it. But all you can do it close it out and it comes right back again upon logging in.

    Same here. I am extremely annoyed at this. Feels like they are doing everything to makes us leave.
