    Wait 5 minutes and try again? Are you kidding with your reply to this?? You tell us to refresh our mailbox. I always do. Of course that does not help. We get the same "wait 5 minutes" when trying to change something in favorites. The problem is not at our end. It is at your end. Why are you avoiding that fact -- and how dumb do you think we are to believe your reply.

    This only makes us more angry. No matter what the problem is you say to refresh -- or clear to your browser. Again, the problem is not at our end and you know that.

    Maybe it has something to do with the annoying ads that pop up .....when you click on ad choices to try to block them , there daggone things are still there. Since I PAY for my service , why the heck do I have to look at ads I don't want?

    It would be nice/helpful when email pops into your mail box to be able to actually read it! and not have to wait hours to see what the messages actually say!

    For the last hour, problems loading e-mail and not being able to send e-mail. Have lost several messages because mail cannot be done and saved off-line. AOL Gold continues to be a big problem..I know 9.99 a month isn't much to a big company, but it the age where paying anything for an e-mail account is unheard of, I am starting to have doubts if AOL will be able to come back from this situation.
