Make It Work!!!
AOL Gold e-mail doesn't work. AOL Gold address bar window doesn't work. And AOL Gold Tech. Support certainly does not work.
Your Tech. Support can not fix it. They just tell me "it's a known issue". Yes, I know. that's the problem.
MY SUGGESTION IS: "FIX THIS PROBLEM THAT HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT FOR OVER A MONTH".

We’re glad to hear that the latest update resolved the issue. This update contained several performance and bug fixes, which can be viewed on this page: https://beta.aol.com/projects/desktop/windows/
Please note that every update is first released to our Beta Client, and 2-5 days later it is made available to the general release of the software.

I want to thank you. You have apparently "pushed" an update/fix which corrected both my e-mail and address wkindow problems. I appreciate your help in this issue.
It looks like your fix made some changes in the tunneling protocol. I'd like to know what you did if possible for my own knowledge.

Email doesn't always come up - says you are trying but have to leave the program and come back in again later to retrieve my mail. Now I can no long find my old mail because you have disccontinued it and it is no long available. That was always my "GO TO" folder to find something I did not save on my computer. Please bring it back. Many addresses and subjects have been lost because of your deicision - not mine.

Thanks' for the interest.
I can not place the curser in the message body area in the e-mail form. I can put an address in the send to area, but the message does not go out. it just locks up the e-mail utility
And I can put an address In the address bar window, but when I click go, the site flashes for a second or not at all and I'm left with a blank window.
Please see your Case #05494907 for further info. Your tech. spent an hour trying to fix it, but has no understanding of what causes the problem.
