    I haven't been able to use my email on the AOL app since April. I get the same message.

    Have not been able to use for 14 days. Same error. Same response from AOL - "working on issue". These refuse to stop charging. Don't try it on a friends computer bc you will "foul" that computer also!

    After 22 years I am so disappointed with the service I have been unable to use my Aol. for 5 days. I about at the point of canceling I could save $17. a month
