    This happens frequently. And the last time, when I got back on, the address book had disappeared. When will the problems with Gold be fixed so we don't have to spend time bringing these matters to your attention? These problems with Gold have gone on since September, when we were forced to switch from 9.8.2.

    AOL Desktop Gold should be renamed AOL Desktop Lead! It's been a continuing problem with EMAIL retention. Now my entire address book has disappeared! Can it be restored?

    My Address Book has DISAPPEARED, but the ads are still there. I guess you have your priorities at AOL! Bring back 9.8.2 -- or at least fix Gold so that it works ALL THE TIME!!
