user names
Don't like the idea that you are unable to add or delete users from the main account anymore.
For some reason one of my user names disappeared when contacting help. I was advised that the master account would be no longer available to add/delete/modify user names under the master account, and the user that I can see under the master account was deleted. They were not able to even give me a reason why it was deleted and couldn't even help me put the user name back under the master account after aol deleted for no reason.
I pay $28.00 a month for my aol account, and loved the idea all the advantages that they give with aol, but the biggest one was able to monitor my childs account through the master account. They took the children's account's away and now you can't even monitor through the master account.

Why am I paying for Gold service when all I get is pop-ups? Waste of money.

I have not tried to manage a username recently, and I sure hope that when I wish to do so, that I will have the capability. Otherwise would be unfair. If AOL has a reason it should explain its logic.
