IS OATH TRYING TO TELL US
that they do not want us as customers ????????????? - they disrespect long time paying customers - try to force invasive + intrusive privacy + usage policies - provide extremely biased + controlled content - made AOL totally user unfriendly with non existant tech support + customer service - all consumer feedback falls on deaf + uncaring ears - providing us with favorites that are the most user unfriendly on entire web - erratic email service - welcome screen that does not load - local news that is not local + very outdated - sign on screen that does not load most of the time till after 6 to 9 attempts - sign off very erratic - I + numerous other long time users could easily add to this list but it would be entirely FUTILE due to oath's non caring , unbusiness like ATTITUDE that is not changing but getting increasingly WORSE by the minute

Read Microsoft's latest privacy statement? (the paragraph above this one states they are recording your activities, and of course as all do there is a threat about misusing their intellectual property) From Microsoft's latest privacy statement : To the extent necessary to provide the Services to you and others, to protect you and the Services, and to improve Microsoft products and services, you grant to Microsoft a worldwide and royalty-free intellectual property license to use Your Content, for example, to make copies of, retain, transmit, reformat, display, and distribute via communication tools Your Content on the Services. How about Nvidia's or Adobe's EULAs? Nvidia for years has simply stated that they "collect data not limited to specs or performance." Then further down they tell you that they and their "partners" (a whole lot of them) can use what they collect in any means they see fit. Adobe states that they "collect data" and can use what they collect to sell in their products... ALL OF THESE VIOLATE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT LAWS, even your security products are "collecting data" and our law makers are clueless or only care about what happens online!

You are right and also it IS getting worse with each passing day. So many people I know have already left. And yes, their policy is extremely invasive and I might leave before being forced to sign it. I've checked Google's policy and other policies and none are like this one.
