Apparently, no one talks to each other - I HAVE spoken to support - and they told me, not only was no one working on the feature, but no one was going to work on the feature in the near future. Obviously, no one reads any of these feedbacks - just assuming we are all idiots. First you tell me to contact support, then you tell me to follow the instructions, then you give me a link to the instructions. HOWEVER, DOES NO ONE LOOK - THE FEATURE DOES NOT WORK! IT IS NOT WORKING AND PROBABLY THE ENGINEERS DON'T CARE THAT IT DOESN'T WORK. Some of us like that feature, and were using it till Gold dropped and it no longer works. We all pay monthly to have access to some good support - NOT happening. Come on AOL get your act together and read and think!
