I like to read the news, walk around on two feet and sit on my fanny. I can do all but the first one on AOL. The news on AOL is critter oriented.

I wish to go to the previous WELCOME article pictures , as one picture a time, not 2 pictures in the same time. do not show the previous and next articles. I do not need a glimpse of them. It is very annoying !!

Your recent update to AOL desktop gold is terrible. There is no way to read the news & enjoy it. The way it is now I cannot enjoy even being there to try & read the news page anymore. Please RE-THINK how it is done, so I can once again enjoy spending time reading this page.

Return to the prior (before 8.22.2018) Welcome screen. This "new" Welcome screen wastes space and adds nothing useful. Get rid of this change and the fool who talked AOL into making it.

AOL Gold has been a disaster since it first launched. But this new homepage is beyond stupid. Please go back to the previous homepage, if the designers cannot come up with something useful. This one sucks.

Enough. The change to the welcome screen is NOT WELCOMED BY A GOOD MANY OF YOUR MEMBERS. Quit changing things that worked and work on those things that continue to not work. Do you even listen to your member feedback. I'm beginning to think not.

AOL should ask each member if they want their AOL Desktop Gold to be updated or to be changed. Not all Desktop Gold users wants their Desktop Gold screen to be change.

Gold barely works and now, there is a format that isn't worth paying for. The only upside is that it takes me half the time to check the new in AM because there isn't much news and I'm not going to fool around with the new section you have on the left side where you have to click for more news and you get redirected to a site that even worse. I can get Yahoo and many other news sites for free, you seem to forget that. Email? We can get that free too. You may make most of your money off ads, but you still needs clients.

I agree--the new (UGH) "welcome" screen is the worst--repeats over and over the same headlines--on diff. spots on the page!! Have not had good words for the "Gold"??? since it began in many "features"????--and I pay for this???

Since Tim Armstrong took over AOL, it has gone into the TOILET. He has No concern for his customers. And like he , I believe once said, People are so stupid, they will take what ever I decide to do. And he is right abut that. Since AOL GOLD replaced 9.8.2, AOL has gone into the Toilet. And aside from "gathering Information" Nothing changes. Things just get worse. Maybe if AOL would publish Tim Armatrong's email address, he would get the message.
It is Impossible to find.
