    AOL has never been as bad. Then we are charged more to get more nonsense; i.e. anti-trump bashing, having to go from 'page to next page' to read a story does not work anymore. Those foolish 'stories' are rarely read.

    great point!! every **** new story takes 15 pages to read with two sentences per page because of all the **** ads! I gave up reading stories on aol! takes too long!!

    I hate these ads. I hate J Peterman ads. I hate their clothing. Really tacky!!! Tacky clothing, tacky models, tacky ads. I don't want to see J Peterman ads on my computer screen again.

    I am tired of paying to see a bunch of adds. Now I cannot get rid of them when I am doing something. I have been a member for years and most of my friends had left and I think I will be right behind them,

    Dump the box that asks me if i really want to delete the piece of mail i said i wanted to delete. Also, I want my mouse to be able to highlight, left click and do all the other things it used to do. Now it requites i right click and then click on "open in another window" and i cannot attach photos to facebook at all using the mouse. Stop "fixing" things and go back to things that work. My mouse works fine on all other programs. I almost didn't get to post this because my mouse was almost unable to click on the terms of service agreement. I want my mouse to work.

    I've been using AOL for a number of years after my husband died--it was the cleanest site out there--now it's full of so much **** you can't use it--this last thing is the last straw and I'm looking for a new site if they don't change it back---it used to be to delete e mail you hit the delete button---easy peasy as the kids say---now--you have to hit on the mail--then hit delete-then there''s a square that asks if you really want to delete that mail---KKNOCK IT OFF--someone told me for what ever reason AOL is trying to get rid of this account (AOL) does anyone think its true--

    Don't like the new update, and haven't liked any of the AOL Desktop Gold. To time consuming to delete any mail or spam. This is ridiculous. And yes I have been a long time subscriber of AOL, and for many years a paid subscriber. I do believe I have other choices for email service, you aren't the only one.

    Get rid of all the ads or stop charging us. I am close to canceling my gold. I cant stand trying to read things and having ads pop into the middle of the article.

    If I was not a LONG (1986) paying subscriber, I would understand and accept the annoying "Ads"... but I'm am... you folks have expired my patience with the ads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i reported a bug 10 times or more to aol gold yet they dont fix it , # 1, i want to block unknown senders people i dont know #2 i want to perm delete mail that went to my spam box both this i listed and reported a bug but yet no action from aol gold team why is that ???? iam rwdnca@aol.com

    I am **** tired of trying to read a story on my home page, then just as I start, you cover half the page with an ad. Your web designers are disgusting and stupid.

    JUST CHANGING THINGS AROUND.aol.always makes it wrong.

    You, we all have to keep in mind that the Oath and AOL officers are crooks. Once you understand this, the garbage they are illegally selling will make some kind of sense.
