Video is not playing on Desktop gold. Representatives that worked on my account has already filed an escalation but it still is not resolved.

Video is not playing on Desktop gold. Representatives that worked on my account has already filed an escalation but it still is not resolved.
Please follow these steps:
1. Open the Keyword menu at the top of your ADG software
2. select “Go to Keyword”
3. Type: blankvideofix
4. Click on “GO”
5. When prompted to restart your ADG software, please exit and relaunch, then try the video again.
