    Having same issues, but does not seem to be just an AOL Desktop Gold issue. I have tried signing on through aol.mail,com/webmail and cannot access emails for my accounts.

    Interesting though, Mail loads on my I-Phone. why is that?

    TO MY CHAGRIN, IN ATTEMPTING TO CHECK MY E-MAILS, I AM INFORMED TO TRY BACK IN 5 MINUTES. WELL, IT HAS BEEN HOURS, YET, NO CHANGE!!!??? HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I WAIT!!!???

    I tried to leave feedback, but the system erased it. Every evening I log in and the system tells me it cannot display my email, check back in 5 minutes. I come back and it still cannot display my mail. A royal pain.

    Email completely froze. Could not open anything. Could not re fresh email. Can't believe I pay for this type of service with a defective product

    Now you can't do ANYTHING with AOL mail. Can't read, can't send, can't delete. AOL is getting worse and worse-and they really don't care.

    I'm having the same issues. How about a fee rebate? Also did the same as others, signed off and on rebooted computer. Nothing.

    This does not seem to be just an AOL Gold issue. I have tried signing on through aol.mail,com/webmail and cannot access emails for one of my accounts. Instead, I get an Error 2 (ERR 138) saying there is a Mailbox Connection Problem. I have had problems like this for over a week now.

    After signing off and back on several times in hopes that would work (but made no difference) the carousel icons are even worse acting than before, moving all over the place.

    And try deleting an email! They just keep reappearing. Giving up and will hope by morning they have this mess fixed. Obviously Revision 11.0.1972 made Gold worse, if that is even possible

    I am just trying to read my new e-mail messages. First of all the mail doesn't open then when messages are listed and I click on one to read it I get a message that says there is trouble with mail check back in 5 minutes - I've been up over an hour trying to read my messages. This is UNSATISFACTORY

    Probably the new update that as usual made more problems than what got fixed. Mine and many others are not working either.

    memeber not able to access aol mail error msg. showing mailbox not accessible try within 5 mins. member already called and waited for an hour to access mailbox but still error msg appears- Kindly fix ASAP. thank you-
