It is hard to explain however below is my explanation of what is happening. I do not have the boxed check to save my email addresses.

  1. When I put in group emails the emails immediately transfer to the section where I have my single emails by name.

  2. Consequently the emails address only from the group are mingled in with my emails by name.

  3. If I delete the emails only that's mingled in with my single emails by name then I will be deleting all the emails from the group that I just emailed a message.

  4. It hard to explain .. Hope you can help me.

    Change "all contacts" to "regular contacts" . Do not add the Special Group addresses to the "regular contacts" Now if I want my regular contacts, I have to go through all contacts. Seems like a redundacek.

    I can't create a group without the email addresses being automatically put in my contacts list event though the box to set that feature is off

    I have done that, and STILL addresses that are added to a Group and automatically added to my All Contacts list. This is duplication I do not need. Any other ideas?
