paying for a service i am not receiving

I am paying $25 monthly for a service I am not receiving. I pay for AOL security, AOL gold, and Aol SMART FRIEND yet i cannot chat on games. This, i am told, is illegal to charge for services not provided.

    Where is my refund for services not rendered?

    I feel AOL owes me money back as I am paying for services I am not receiving. I pay monthly for AOL Gold, AOL Systems Mechanic, and AOL mcafee. But I cannot play properly on games. I will be adding up what I feel I am owed in refunds.
