Is AOL TRYING to chase away paying customers? Restore the mail controls or do your job and stop the ridiculous influx of spam from "webserve" and "Info".

I.d like to know exactly why I should continue as a paid subscriber when it seems to be not much more than free AOL// And now I see that you are doing away with the portfolio feature.

Reinstall the wildcard option for blocking spam! And the rest of the anti-spam email filtering tools you removed! Spam is getting worse and worse and you have taken away the primary tools to block it. I want the E-mail tools returned to what they were when you sold my my subscription otherwise it isn't worth paying for anymore and I'll cancel my paid account.

Spam volume is escalating and the current SPAM control for blocking addresses is worthless. I get SPAM from HUNDREDS of sources. I need to be able to block by content/word as in previous versions of AOL. Recently, more SPAM started going into the New Mail folder so I'm getting excessive amounts there and hardly any in the SPAM folder. Plus, there is still an excessive amount of screen distortion when I access AOL Gold on my Windows 10 Asus. Expected a bug fix by now.

I agree with all of them - put the spam setting back to what they used to be - you don't catch any of them anymore - all other services catch them before they get to our e-mail box-- Webservice @ and info@ are they worst - hundreds of them every day - there is no way anyone of us can add all those as a block. Someone who doesn't use AOL mail, had a better idea and broke the whole thing -- since Verizon took over and has decided to make AOL work like a cell phone, everything has gone to ____.

Does anyone know how to stop emails from webservice@___________. They keep changing after @

my comment is that i have called twicw in the last month and my screen doesnt fit my whole monitor screen...the problemis aol, not me, im still having the same problem on my side, u all r showing a full screen on ur end...it was fixed b4, but now u all wontfix it again. some of ur reps r really **** rude.. i talked to one last week he didnt know what hewas doing he got smartwithme. i want aol to fix my computer and pronto. i think u need to start reading ur comments from all of us.. a comment to all, do not go to google,google is leaving next yr...

u need to bring back the buddy lisy and the ims, instead of the gold, y dont u change to the 10.0 there was talk about this yrs ago,y dont u bring onthe10.0

if AOL GOLD is to be a platform for spam advertisers--stop charging us for AOL GOLD--your advertisers can be your sole source of income.

It is unacceptable that we have to "block unwanted email" every time we receive a spam message. Restore the old spam settings ASAP!

I have never gotten as much spam as recently in all the time I have been using AOL. I get tons of spam from some spammer that starts out webservice. every day, As soon as I block one spammer, another takes its place...and often the block does not even work. Now that I am a paying customer of AOL, I expect AOL to do a better job of identifying and eliminating all this spam mail. Somebody in your company needs to do a lot of work on this if you want to retain your customers.

please BRING BACK OUR OLD SPAM SETTINGS where there is the *** features of who in email we can permannetly BLOCK from them sending us emails, now im HOPPING MAD WITH AOL, They gotta remove something that works wonderfully for Us Customers, and NOW IM GETTING 35 TO 50 JUNK EMAILS EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!! BRING BACK THE OLD SPAM SETTINGS where we can physically Ourselves Go into our spam folders and Manually Ourselves BLOCK CERTAIN emails and or permanently block them from sending us Emails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah you can't just block block all that you want to block anymore, thats so all aol's ads can get through. i blocked sites from sending me **** spam but now the addresses have the same webservice name but a different ending to each name..AOL YOU SO SUCK!! give us back what we pay for ..you lied about everything...aol gold is far from improved...you sold a inferior product and thats illegal

Put mail back to previous, now you have to handle all emails four times. Mail previously deleted both for regular and spam has to be handled four times delete and delete again. Too cumbersome
