I agree. It takes too many clicks to delete junk email that isn't exactly spam, but you want to delete it.

Yes it did change, and now if I want to delete something, I have to click a box asking me "Do you Really want to delete this?" Before, I could just push delete rapid fire and they would go away. I put them in that area to get them off the email. Also, any Republican newsletters I get and want to forward to friends or family, get sent back to me "unable to send mail"! I bet If I was fordwarding some Democrat ****, it would fly thru!!!!

This is also driving me nuts - I get lots of emails and always loved being able to click the delete button over and over to delete lots of emails one after the other - now it asks you to confirm each and every one and it makes managing my email impossible - please remove the confirmation box you have to answer that you're sure about deleting each one....

Someone changed the way we delete emails! I get hundreds of emails every day, many political, and now (as of Nov. 2) I have to delete one by one. Click "delete", then a box pops up asking me if I'm sure I want to delete this email, and I have to click yes. For each email. It's very slow! Bring back the old system please! With the spam folder, we can delete all at once with one click. For the "recently deleted mail", it's now the same as for the mailbox. One at a time. I don't have all day.

Have you tried calling them? I have and been told that, due to the heavy volume of calls, there is a substantial waiting period. How does a half hour or more sound? I think we all know better than to call for tech support. It doesn't exist.
