SPAM stuck in SPAM folder
I posted this a week ago. Got an answer to refresh my email box which I did and indicated in a response that I did. No answer; no fix. Then I posted it as a bug. No answer; no response. Still have the problem but I want some attention paid to this because it is the 3rd time it has happened. I'm tired of it happening...and having to fix it myself only to have it recur again. Clearly a problem with this Desktop Gold software, among many.
I’d like to have one of our Technical Support agents investigate this. Please call our AOL Desktop Gold team at 1-888-265-3733. Our experts are available 24/7 by phone.

As a workaround, if you hover the cursor over the Spam folder name, the number of messages will appear as "nn Unread, nn Total". So you can see how many spam e-mail you have.
I would still like to see the numbers displayed there all the time as it was before, and soon.
Updates to AOL Desktop used to occur multiple time a month. No updates have been posted in over a month. What is going on?

What is the matter with AOL that it won't put back the number of spam messages in the spam folder?

Why doesn't my spam folder indicate the number of emails in there? I have no idea if anything is in my spam folder and must check daily

All anyone has to do in order to see know if they have any spam is when you click on "Read" the email box comes down and on the bottom under "Read" it says SPAM FOLDER. You will see how much spam you have.

First they took away the buddy list, then they took away instant messaging to other members, now the spam folder no longer shows how many messages are waiting, and the best is the monthly price went up ,19 cents.

First we lost the Buddy List, Than we lost instant messaging, and now the spam folder no longer tells us how many messages are waiting, and now they raised the price .19 cents. lol

I'm sure the reason is so that we will not know how many we're getting in any given day. Today I have erased over 200 and counting - 148 + 66 until now. The solution is allowing wild cards.

Whenever AOL does an update, it adds more steps and slows down the process..WHY?? Got a disgruntled tech doing this? Not broke...do not try to fix. All y'all did was to frustrate us. Looking at an alternative to AOL if y'all keep doing this!!
