    I can't call on your 1 866 485 9225. No one answers! I can't get on my AOL Gold it doesn't allow me to sign in. You need a better phone system we can talk to a live person. You don't reply to my emails.

    Won't let me get past the screen name to log in. Do I get a discount on on my monthly bill for loss of service?

    AOL Gold has shut down and can't sign back in. Went to the internet to go in that way and states unable to find AOL Log In address. Now what is going on with you people?
