I am getting a screen message that I need to give updated account information on billing, or I will not be able to access. I don't respond that way, but when I try to sign on to my account it is down. What's happening?

"Dear Member, we are unable to bill your membership to the method of payment provided. You must update now to avoid service interruption." Then there's an "Update Now" button and a telephone number: 1-855-263-0197. I actually called the number, and it's some clueless guy watching TV in background. AOL, you should follow up on this.

Not long ago I got a popup notice that the credit card my AOL is charged to would soon expire. I know I checked it out and it was fine. I got that same popup today, but cannot for the life of me find billing info in my account. Where do I find it?
Stop asking me for payment info. My profile is correct. You bill me every month. I can't login or logout without your windows popping up as blank screens and I am unable to exit the program unless I use Task Manager to End Task. On occasion your Care Portal actually loads and says "all up to date." I pay for this service, fix the glitch please ASAP!
Your latest version of "Gold" will not close ... have to use task manager.
What is this strange thing AOL began doing today? Every time I sign on or off, I get a blank screen. The screen eventually gets content indicating my account information is OK. Why is this happening? GET RID of that function. AWFUL!!!
