Bad enough all last night (3/29/2019) could not send email. Now today same thing!!! Now just let me save it to "MAIL WAITING TO BE SENT"
YOU WON'T EVEN LET ME DO THAT!!!!

Problem ~ I can't find answer. Suddenly two days ago my mail waiting to be sent went haywire. I typed an item and entered "Send Later" I checked Mailing waiting to be sent and it wasn't there/ I've tried several more times with same non result.ls same pls help Fellga@aol.com

I GUESS YOU BEST GET READY TO MERGE A LOT OF IDEAS, ESP IF THEY'RE FROM ME BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO GET FEEDBACK EVERY SINGLE **** TIME I CAN'T SEND AN EMAIL. I'VE WAITED MORE THAN AN HOUR TO SEND ONE EMAIL, 5 FRIGGIN MINUTES AT A TIME AND STILL IT DOESN'T SEND, NOR WILL IT GO TO MY WAITING TO BE SENT FOLDER. I TRY TO CLEAR OUT THE DOWNLOAD MANAGER AND AOL FREEZES UP. I HAVE TO RESTART THIS WORTHLESS POS PROGRAM TO GET IT TO UNFREEZE AND THE ONLY WAY TO CLEAR THE DOWNLOAD MANAGER IS ONE AT A TIME. WHAT A JOKE THIS IS!

AOL is wonderful, they can't send graphics as they come out like stupid little boxes and now they can't send your mail. What else do you have planned for your customers?

If this program gets any worse we'll be moving into the dark ages. For a while now we've been able to send emails with no difficulty, but now we're back to having to wait for 5 minutes or the mail won't send at all, not even able to have it go into the mail waiting to be sent folder. Honestly this is the biggest rip off in my life. I absolutely detest this Gold POS version you make us pay for.

At times email can not be sent and you can not save it in the mail waiting to be sent folder. Very frustrating.
