Save To My PC
When the heck did you change the 'saved to my pc'? It used to save to a folder in My Documents ON MY COMPUTER! It was great as I didn't have to get on line to sign in to AOL to see mails I saved to MY PC! I don't like the idea of having to sign on to my email account, which requires an online connection to look for something I saved to my computer. Please bring back that feature.

Where is the pfc now?? You used to be able to compact it to free up space and I haven't been able to find it in awhile!
Also, right now all of my mail isn't even loading...
We used to be able to do auto aol sessions which put the emails on our computers which we could access any time without being signed in to aol. Now thats not possible. We have to be on your server to see our old or current emails. Outrageous! I've had to get an external hard drive to put my files on since its never safe to put them on aol servers because of a crash. How many hours have I spent in the past trying to rebuild my files after aol crashed and I lost everything? Many times, lesson learned, anything I want to keep for sure I load onto my external. It would be really nice to have the option to download my personal emails to that external device too.

This is a GREAT idea. If AOL wants to truly be user friendly and work for people like us who pay the tab (and have basically since 1996), AOL will re-implement this option immediately. Also, I would like a clear answer on if there is ANY way I can download my existing email -- which is on your servers, AOL -- to my local computer? I mean, today. ANY technology, separate application or process or methodology. I need to resolve this issue a.s.a.p. Thanks. -- Lee Manross
I agree 100%--why should I have to sign in to AOL to read mail I have saved to my own computer?

I don't recall ever seeing this, but it sounds like something I'd like to use!
