Remove from "MY" Favorites- Chat Rooms, AOL Bennefits and AOL Premium Services. At least give us the option

Option to delete AOL Premium Services, AOL My Benefits, and Chat Rooms. These are NOT "MY FAVORITES."

    If AOL lost PAYING customers in droves and legions, then they'd correct their idiotic changes and mindless, selfish revisions to AOL Gold, which should be renamed AOL Junk.

    Now AOL has added OneSearch to Favorites and you CANNOT delete it!
    This is NOT my favorite. Neither is AOL Premium Services, AOL My Benefits, and Chat Rooms.

    I would REALLY like to be able to delete ALL my favorite places. I have hundreds and they are many years old. I would like to delete all and start over again.

    Please give us the option to save or delete all of the listings in Favorites .My data is listed in there and I would prefer not to have it there.

    I agree with Anonymous and do not want AOL Premium Services, Benefits and Chat Rooms. That is not a technical upgrade to make the product better or more efficient, it's to boost clicks on areas you're trying to boost actiivity on.

    I am considering cancelling AOL as I have used it for many years. I do not under keep getting pictures of doctors, aniimals, in my trash, I have never used Chat and that keeps appearing. Please send me an answer to stopping this before I have to start over somewhere Else.

    And you can't even remove them! It is horrible. Just like the many ads, AOL believes in overkill. Besides that, what they added to our favorites is already in the top tool bar. AOL is no longer a fun experience because of this and so many other reasons.

    How many times do I have to complain? Get your damned AOL Premium Services out of My Favorites list. I pay for that list and you don't belong there.

    Totally agree. I want them gone from my list, but that is not currently an option. Why force us to have folders we will never use?

    It's called My Favorites and not AOLs. Remove AOL Premiums from My Favorite list. This has really fouled up my lists.

    Remove them. Why the intrusion? You enjoy taking a member's dues and then stepping on their toes? I'd rather your personnel make Aol operate better. I dread seeing what's next...

    This is awful and extremely annoying. It has messed my favorite places up. Aside from this you already have My Benefits on the top tool bar. Overkill! It is becoming less and less fun to use AOL.
