Beta 2454 STILL "Not Responding"
This has been a continuing problem for me..
Your previous request to me was:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the
drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.
Tell me please, How do I "Open AOL Desktop Gold" to send a "Bug report" when it does NOT RESPOND?!!
There would be NO PROBLEM showing after it opens .
Today, with this one. I had to cancel and restart AOL about 5 times before it opened!! ... It remains locked up showing "ZERO" activity on the task manager until I cancel & restart AOL, hoping for it to come alive.
The phone help line cannot help with this
Please uninstall and reinstall AOL Desktop Gold. If you encounter any issues call us at 1-888-265-3733.
