If I wasn't so reliant on my AOL email address, I would switch in a heartbeat. I wish 9.8 would return. AOL gold runs way too slow on older computers.

My Desktop Gold runs so slow that I usually go into my AOL account from a browser. Why is this happening? I tried to update my Gold, but that doesn't even run in my AOL Desktop Gold software. I look forward to getting a new version for the desktop.

I agree and I hate that everytime I turn it on I have to add my favorites back on to the the short cut caracel in the top toolbar. Bring back 9.8

AOL management obviously doesn't care about it customers or the terrible product they force us to use. Verizon paid over $4 Billion dollars to buy AOL 5 years ago, and I can only imagine how many customers they've lost due to the dreadful AOL Gold platform. My computers have 8 GB of RAM and work great for everything except for AOL Gold. I would suggest calling Verizon at 800.VERIZON to let them know how bad Gold is and hopefully they'll make some big changes in the people running AOL, put in some people who take pride in their product and listen to their customers.

I was told when they got rid of 9.8 that gold was to be the best well i am still waiting for aol **** (gold) to be what was promised .i have filed bug reports but still see no improvement just more ***** up. aol needs to find some people who know how to design software that works with out all the bugs and ****.

AOL Gold sucked on day one, and just gets worse. I called Verizon today and spoke with a supervisor and I told him about all of the problems with Gold. He wasn't aware of the situation, but thanked me for calling and said he'd have someone higher up look into it. Hopefully Verizon will make the idiots running AOL give us a decent platform.

AOL Gold is terrible, and it runs slower every day. I called tech support again last night and the guy tried to help me, but he said that until Verizon decides to replace POS Gold with a better platform that we'll have to deal with the very poor performance. Every other program that I use works great, and AOL has stuck with their worst platform ever for many years and they lose customers month after month. If I was Verizon and I cared, I'd get someone to come up with a much better platform ASAP!!

I agree 100 percent... Gold Sucks! You call in and they blame it all on Windows 10 or my computer... funny none of my other programs have problems... just AOL! Never had these issues with 9.8 was 100X better
